For the 5th edition Marika Szaraz and I selected works by 37 artists from Asian and European countries and the list of participants are on the site of AE. The aim was to present innovative, imaginative and diverse works of arts that surprice with their point of views how everyday materials appear to us and what kind of connections they have in our lives. Some works reflect also the traditional methods but provide new approach to them opening the interesting narrative of the history and our time as well as the inheritage of artistic expression in different cultures. This exhibition also questions the borderlines of art forms and challenge us to think about unnecessary boundaries in arts.
Varpu Eronen state in her article in Kouvolan Sanomat 30.11.2021 that this “exhibition is difficult to characterize by words but it creates a new kind of poetic dimension”.

After Kouvola the exhibition will open in Musée de la Tapisserie, Tournai (BE) with the satellite exhibitions of miniature art in Manufacture Roubaix (FR)  and a solo by Dani Tambour in Musée de la Marionnette de Tournai.
